What Australian Domestic or Trans-Tasman routes to Virgin Australia fly where Business Class is available? Is it only Sydney to Perth and vice versa?

Hey,
Business class is only being sold and operated on the folowing routes:
Brisbane to/from Perth
Sydney to/from Perth
Melbourne to/from Perth
From Brisbane and Melbourne return, you will fly on a boeing sky interior 737 or a re-fitted 737.
Out of the 5 flights to/from Sydney, 3 are operated by the Airbus A330, the other 2 are operated by the boeing sky interior or re-fitted aircraft.

The A330 can be found on other routes, e.g. DJ849 MEL>SYD on Sundays. If you book PE you sit in business... however not sure about the soft product (meals etc.). Look for the little red aeroplane next to the flight number when searching for options.

There's a lot of new/refitted 737s in their fleet now (they'll have all of them done by year's end); so if you book a premium econ. seat, chances are good that you'll get a seat in the new 737 business cabins. The service will be somewhere between the old PE offering and a business offering (e.g. a supply of newspapers, better drinks, etc, etc)

Thanks for the info. Just another query, as a Velocity Platinum member, would I be correct in assuming that, if I booked a flexi fare, that I may be upgraded to the business class seating anyway, if there was availabiltiy?
