I was driving to Townsville Airport this morning and was intrigued to spot what looked like a brand new set of aircraft stairs with TAA branding all over them. They were outside Bridgestone Tyre Centre in Garbutt. Anyone know what these would be for?
It's all coming back, the struggle up those stairs with all that on-board cabin luggage and the endless waves and farewells back at the smoking crowds at the observation decks and fences.
