Hi all, am I able to use a QF complimentary lounge pass, I received as a Silver f/f, when I fly with QR MEL/DOH?

Short answer: no, you need to be booked on a Qantas or Jetstar flight number - and Qantas doesn't codeshare with Qatar Airways.

Unless you're flying business...then you'll be able to access under Oneworld arrangements with no need for the pass.
