Following on from a previous thread, which domestic to international transfer would AUSBT readers choose for a Saturday am transfer as VA Platinum with an infant in tow:

SYD - 2 hrs 5 minutes transit
BNE - 2 hrs 40 minutes transit

Hi Victor, We travel with an infant all the time and would always fly through Brisbane International Airport. It is much quicker through security etc and easier to navigate. The only issue is the Bus transfer which is a little inadequate, however the train is also available.

Defiantly Brisbane I live in Newcastle and nearly always fly through Brisbane instead of driving to Sydney. Sydney airport is just a hassle regardless of what your doing there.

Cheers for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated.  I have routed through Brisbane.

Yeap I was gonna say BNE too, the Duty Free is heaps better, less crowded, cleaner and easier to get around. Just moved from SYD to BNE and LOVE the airport.
