I recently flew through Helsinki twice and was really impressed by the Finnair business lounge in the international terminal. Definitely one of the better lounges in the network
Yes, definitely make time for the sauna. It's located between Finnair's two non-Schengen lounges and right near the shower suites (which are also shared between the two lounges), so regardless of which Finnair lounge you have access to, you certainly won't miss out.
AusBT has also reviewed both lounges, if it's of interest to any travellers here.
The Finnair Premium Lounge is the best lounge of the two and welcomes only Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire cardholders (i.e. Qantas Platinum and Gold), while the Finnair Lounge instead welcomes Finnair and Oneworld business class passengers and paying guests. (Yes, it's one of those rare times when frequent flyers get access to a nicer lounge than the highest-paying passengers on the same flight!)
Unless you are travelling at a quieter time, when the lovely lady at the desk directs you to the Premium Lounge...... I must say, the decor, saunas and bar service is absolutely impacable!
