I have done a fair bit of travelling on virgin since they switched over to sabre and even though my ff number has been on these bookings the points and status credits haven't shown up on my account. Has anyone else had this issue?

From the Sabre System Change FAQ on the Virgin Australia website:
My Points and Status Credit balance doesn’t seem to reflect some recent earning activity?
The allocation of Points and Status Credits for recent earning activity can take up to a week to be processed into your Account. If after 7 days Points and/or Status Credits are not visible in your Account, please lodge a retro claim via the Claim Missing Points link in My Account or contact the Membership Contact Centre.

I think this is another system glitch - I had points and SC's added today for a trip just after the switch to Sabre, so I guess they are just running things slower while the new system beds in. I'd maybe leave it 2 weeks or so before chasing up, as they do seem to be getting processed, alebit a bit slowly.

I posted a similar question/comment on ABT over the weekend. There seems to be a big problem posting points and SCs from flights taken prior to the switch over. I have non-VA and VA flights taken as far back as November that hadn't posted in the old system let alone in Sabre. Getting pretty pissed off with Velocity after numerous calls and retro claim forms filled in has as yet delivered no result!!! Suggest you escalate to a supervisor as I will be doing in the next few days.
