I have only ever booked flights through airlines directly, but with Singapore Airlines' new fare structure, a 'Lite' Business ticket is no longer cancellable. I have found the exact same itinerary (at the same price) on AMEX Travel which is cancellable unlike booking through SQ, but wanted to make sure I would still earn Krisflyer Miles.
Can someone confirm there are no restrictions, and my Krisflyer miles will be awarded as normal? Thanks.
Can’t speak for that SQ fare type but I’ve used Amex travel several times as well as Expedia to book an Eva flight credited to my SQ Kris flyer account. No issue getting the miles.
AMEX Travel shows the fare letter during the booking process: as long as the fare letter displayed earns points in the program of your choice on that particular airline, you're all set.
I was told 2 weeks ago by Amex travel that if I book a fully flexible domestic ticket through them that there will still be a change fee if I want to change it. Even if the fare is the same. Because Amex levies a change fee. I thought it was strange.

Lite fares on SQ earn 50% of the total miles flown. I know cos i booked it today for someone.
