Has anyone had much experience with the visa luxury hotel program? In particular what does ‘VIP guest’ actually yield you? I’m looking at booking Conrad Singapore, would this mean executive lounge access? I’d appreciate any stories.
Well I went ahead and booked and stayed at Conrad Singapore via the visa luxury hotels program. The VIP guest status didn’t mean lounge access, there was no tangible benefit of this ‘feature’. As indicated though, I received a room upgrade, late checkout and free daily breakfast for two. Found this to be really great hotel. I usually stay in SPG properties and I was very impressed with the warmth of the staff at this place. A very genuine feel. I have joined HH as a result!and planning next trip with Hilton brands.
