I flew last week on qf1 and there was no issue (which I thought there could be) getting a shower and a quick bite to eat. It is a short stop given that it's an hour from landing to starting boarding. So just ask at the front desk for a shower. Cheers.
I flew this over th weekend and showers and toilets not an issue. I was expecting the QF lounge to be packed but was only half full plenty of time to eat and have a break and shower

I am on QF1 next weekend from Sydney to London - first time since it has been changed to fly via Singapore.
