What's going on with VA velocity? They seem not to be updating member activity in Feb or is it just my account?

Hi INgrid,
They have been crediting flights post Sabre transfer. There are some prior to the change over that weren't picked up. I understand that they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Seems to me that they've just been crediting points more slowly than usual. If you don't get points showing up, you can still submit a claim.
