Once the QF-EK alliance starts, would Qantas Club get me into the Emirates Lounge in Singapore? Or would I be able to use the Qantas Lounge (although flying on EK metal)?

Not sure re access to the EK lounge in SIN using your QC card, but you should be fine using the Qantas Lounge (even though flying EK metal)
