Yes, it's called BA Premier (nicknamed "Prem" by BA staff).
No separate lounges as such, but members can use BA's Concorde Room lounges at Heathrow and New York instead of whichever lounge their ticket entitles them to visit. (Concorde Rooms are normally for BA first class passengers only, and Concorde Room cardholders.)
