Hi all, just wondering if anyone had any success with Premier Concierge in booking companion flights?
To book your discounted companion fares, simply call the Qantas Premier Concierge on 1300 992 700 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."
Upon calling the 1300 number above, it meant three telephone transfers, to FF, then Citibank, then back to FF and on hold. I got tired of waiting on hold for 30mins and listening to messages that it would cost me money to book and to instead go online to book fares.
So anyone got a magic set of keypresses for after you call 1300992700 - or what to ask for?
I just wanted to see what discount I could get for a trip later this year to Melbourne from Perth for the whole family.
Any info or advice is appreciated, thanks!

Not concierge related, but I do find the phone number and options less than useful...nothing for general enquiries and you just get sent around in circles....typical of an off shore call centre set up trying to reduce the number of humans needed to service the credit card....and provide less than what I would call service for a rip off $299 annual fee

agree, but is there a shortcut.. possibly? Failing that, has anyone tried out the Amex Platinum credit card travel service to use the $200 credit - and can they book QANATS flights with points and pay - I would liek to use the credit towards the flights this year...
