Claiming missing QF points on Iberia Codeshare - BA operated flights

Earlier last month myself and my partner I flew two codeshare flights with IB flight Numbers on BA metal. Both flights were showing correctly in the Qantas App. My understanding is that our flights are eligible for Points and SC earn as the flights were OW operated (subject to the rates for the ticket sale class). Can someone confirm this before I contact Qantas? I also see that currently Iberia is not a option in the drop down menu for airlines, so I think it is best I phone to lodge the claim rather that lodge it under BA?

I have just noticed that handily the booking reference on the boarding passes are showing the BA booking reference (not the IB booking reference) and the e-ticket numbers on the boarding passes have been reversed (i.e my e-ticket number on her boarding pass, and her e-ticket number on mine) I'm assuming this may go some way to explaining the lack of points credit and may make the claim a little more difficult.
