Can I bring in Easter eggs (i.e chocolate ones not real eggs!)?

A quick Google search found this on the US Customs website:
https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/82/~/travelers-bringing-food-into-the-u.s.-for-personal-use
which says that Candy and Chocolate are generally admissable.

Perfectly timed question TheRealBabushka! I brought easter eggs yesterday to take with me to California on Saturday. Thanks for the link Phil. :-)

Just don't take Kinder Surprise chocolate to the US as they break FDA regulations for containing inedible items, which means you can't import them.
