I am thinking of flying Emirates first from Dubai to Cairo, more specifically EK925, a four-hour flight from 8:50pm to 11:05pm. Does anyone have experience flying short-haul first class with them, and can confirm whether they give pyjamas to customers on these routes?
Always loaded and I've never not had them given on request.
As for why you would on a 4 hour flight? that is one of the joys of First class travel - you don't need to sit there in your clothes, rather you can relax in comfort and put your clothes on 'fresh' at TOD.

I suspect 4 hours doesn’t cut it and also too early in the night. They may do it in a midnight departure but 9pm may be a bit early.

Why on earth would you need pyjamas on a journey this short?

They won’t hand them out, but if you ask they will usually get you a set. And ratrace, you use the pj’s in case you spill your champagne lol

Ah Luxury, even if it is only for 4 hours. Enjoy.
