I always have TripIt - you can forward it all of your flight, hotel, car rental, etc reservations – and it keeps track of them for you. The basic version is free, but you can also sign up for the Pro version for $50 per year, and they'll monitor your flight reservations, check for cheaper fares for you (in case your flights get cheaper), check for delays, and more.

Travel a lot to Asia and USA - what are some good apps for the iPad that you couldn't do without?

Urbanspoon is a must for me as I love finding ridiculously cheap Japanese restaurants, and it works in the U.S.

Expensify is a great way to keep track of expenses without having to wonder where all those little bits of papoer have gone.
