Hi AUSBTers, will fly Brisbane to Queenstown in April with Virgin Australia in Business. A bit disappointed to miss out on the opening 'My Lounge' so will probably be in the Plaza Premium Lounge in Brisbane. Question is do I have access to the domestic lounge as well and also on arrival, do I have access to the Manaia lounge in Queenstown?

Yes the My Lounge won't be open in April so you'll be provided with entry to the Plaza Premium Lounge.

In theory you'd only have same-day access to the domestic lounge (located 3km away) if you hold Gold or Platinum status then you'd also have access on the same day as travel. The T&C's don't make it clear that this benefit extends to Business Class passengers (as it refers only to Domestic Business class) - however, I don't think you'd have an issue providing you had a boarding pass (which can be obtained online). You would however need to be back in the international terminal prior to document check closure and get through security in time to make your flight.

Regarding access in Queenstown, you'd only have access when departing. There is no arrival access for anyone in Queenstown.
