Just remove the frequent flyer number from the Emirates booking on the Emirates website, wait a few seconds, and then add it back in.
(If it won't let you remove it, just change it to a Skywards number, and then back to your Qantas number.)

Do QF platinums still get access to twin seats for free? I flew EK on a QF codeshare a few months back and it was showing a charge to select the twin seats as QF platinum. I asked about it and was told that it was only a Skywards platinum benefit, not QF platinum.

Answered my own question - only Qantas Chairman’s Lounge get free Twin seat selection, details here (scroll to the bottom for Qantas tables):
