Flying Air Canada as Velocity Platinum: benefits?

Travelling in economy as a velocity platinum on Air Canada operated and ticketed fight would I have Air Canada lounge access?

Unfortunately you will not have lounge access. VA's partnership with AC only entrails a codeshare agreement on a couple of routes with a limited ability to earn points and status credits; because you are flying on an AC ticket you will not earn any points or status credits. The partnership does not allow for any of the usual Velocity benefits, so no lounge access.
