Iâm a Platinum Velocity member who flew LAX - BNE Business Class last Saturday. I wanted to have a meeting at the LAX Virgin Lounge (Emirates) with a guest flying Biz Air NZ who was in the terminal. My guest was denied entry to the Emirates lounge as he was not flying Virgin. Looking at the Velocity website I canât see this policy detailed. Rang Velocity and was told entry was at the lounge staffâs âdiscretionâ . Has anybody else had this issue or can they direct me to the policy? thx
"As a Velocity Platinum and Gold member you and your eligible
accompanying guests will need to book a Virgin Australia or one of the
above listed partner airline’s flight number to be eligible for lounge
entry."
