A positive move by Qantas. A couple of months ago I'd log in to the Qantas website and get a "Too many failed login attempts" message and have to reset the PIN. Rang Qantas and told them I thought someone was trying to access my account. Let's face it, all anyone needs is an old boarding pass. It has your name and and FF number on it and from there they can try and guess the PIN. At least now they track where and from which device you are logging in.

Also note that if you've previously used AwardWallet to monitor QFF - this is causing issues..
I like that QFF has introduced 2FA, but I think it's overkill just for a login to check if points have credited for example. 2FA should only be used for any redemptions, transfers or profile detail changes
