I recently hit Platinum on QF and have some time on it till November next year and was thinking that with upcoming international travel - maybe giving SQ a go would be worth a shot.
Do they do a status match by any chance? Can't seem to find any details anywhere.
It depends what you're after - accumulating points is easy via KrisFlyer but status is easier to get via other *A carriers, especially if its a status match. Try the statusmatcher site
For Star Alliance you could get a Status Match with United. They offer 90 days though to retain you have to earn a certain amount of PQM (basically Status Credits) on United metal.

As a platinum one, just wondering if any airlines airlines would consider a status match (gold or platinum)
