I transferred a Qantas Digital Lounge Pass to a friend which arrived in his account successfully. However, when he tried to link it to his QF flight from Brisbane to Sydney, it said "All available passes have been redeemed or purchased"! I have never come across this before. I heard that calling Qantas is useless since they cannot link lounge passes to flights at their end. Any ideas on what to do?
I had some weirdness with this a couple of months ago... from memory - the lounge pass has to be transfered to the FF account of the actual primary person who made the booking (not just the FF account of one of the travellers). Then from there that person can assign the pass to any of the travellers.
