I'm travelling to Karachi for business next week and this is my first time to Pakistan. I'm flying business with Thai Airways arriving late evening for context.
I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this airport (Jinnah International Airport Karachi) that they could share?
Specifically I wanted to know about the arrivals experience - is it worth getting a paid meet and greet / fast track service? Or, do you know if there is a dedicated fast track for Business Class passengers at immigration?
Its a couple of years now for me but it was fairly smooth, but I was economy and there was no business fast track lane as far as I could see. It all depends on your preferences but the wait as I recall was more 15 minutes than half an hour. For the paid meet an greet it all depends on the price and your queueing patience.
I went through recently - had a work colleague who met me at they gate (they can ask for a pass that gets them âairside'). Immigration was fast except it is worth noting there is a seperate queue if you have an eVisa rather than the standard passport visa. My colleague had a car waiting - it is chaos outside the arrivals hall.
