Quick question, have booked a flight from Seattle to New York on Alaskair, have applied by QFF#. Do you get Status credits from them being part of OneWorld?
Hi guys, the opportunity to earn QF status points versus QFPoints from a variety of so called connections with Q is a quantum leap in intelligence to me. My current concern is LATAM's decision to post adieu to One World in due course. If this lingers beyond February 2020, good and well, as I can then argue with QFF services to reap the points and Status Credits. Selecting a carrier to take my family to Athens and reap some SC is a nightmare dealing with Q and apparently a problem with my Travel Agent. Any ideas out there? Hope to fly Melbourne to Athens the quickest way with max QP and SC, then Athens to Venice, followed by Athens to LHR and back to Melb. Anyone done this and has some insights, please?

Alaska Airlines are not part of Oneworld.
See Qantas' page on Alaska Airlines for more details.
It appears only QF-codeshares will earn status credits. AS-coded flights only earn QFF points.
