Issues linking QF digital lounge passes to JQ flights ex Singapore

I have tried unsuccessfully over last 2 months to link one of many complimentary lounge passes to a Jetstar flight ex Singapore. Basically I go into lounge portal and click for Jetstar bookings linkage. All works well until you input departing lounge location and Singapore is the only Lounge that does not come up. Flight isn't until early Jan but it's taken 8 weeks now and multiple phone calls and online enquiries to QFF and Reservations - the last of which I was dicconected after waiting an hour. Has anyone any answers - from what I understand Singapore lounge is available to QF and JQ/3K flight numbers.

What time is your jetstar flight

8pm - I arrive on QF from Perth at 5 o'clock in business but understand u can't go their on arrival. As it's a seperate booking I made later thru Jetstar direct the booking isn't a qf flight number and it's not being registered on my QFF account. But all that shouldn't matter as u just need to input details of Jetstar flight to a lounge pass. However singapore isn't an option on the menu to select from which is frustrating it's like it hasn't been updated from when Singapore lounge was capped.
