Looking at my bookings on the Qantas site there are what appear to be placeholders for cancelled flights for which I have requested a refund. The placeholders include information like the following:
Off Line Point to Off Line Point
QF9248 · Sun 9 Aug 2020 · 09:00 - 12:00
One has a date in November and a third has a date in December. I am hoping that the date is not indicative of when Qantas is intending to provide the refund to me. Any thoughts?

It's fine - it's just one of the many ways a reservation can be blanked.
I recently had one both from and to "Fictitious Point", listed as being operated by a Qantas Boeing 747SP, ha. This was in fact a cancelled Qantas Classic Reward on Air France that was pending a refund, which came through well before the pretend flight date on the voucher.
I wouldn't sweat it.

Hi, hope you don't mind me jumping on the back of this post but I just got one of these today - unprompted by me - for a return flight to Adelaide at the end of this month. I do have the option of voucher or refund which is nice.
I do have another question as I had a confirmed points upgrade on one leg. I assume when I make my choice that the points will be returned to my account. Just wondering how that might work - do I need to do anything other than click. Thanks!
