Does anyone know when Qantas & Jetstar might step up flights within NSW, now that Gladys has allowed intrastate travel for holidays from June 1st?

I had holidays booked in for June and obviously won't be going overseas any more, nor even to north Qld or NT for a winter escape, so was hoping to get to Byron. They're still showing only JQ flying SYD-BNK and only Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 9th.

Weighing up whether to work around these date constraints or hold out for more flights... preferably on QF which were due to restart on March 29th after 15 years... but if those plans now on ice, on JQ if need be.

Presumably they will once existing flights fill up. So the twice a week will slowly move to daily. Give it a month or two to build up.
