I used it once, but it was 2 years ago, and one had the option to leave a message and they call back. Is that still available? If yes try that, the callback had happened within 3 minutes, and they were very helpful.
Took just over an hour to get through last Saturday morning which I'd have thought would have been a quiet period. "Call back" feature was removed some time ago I think.

I got through in < 2 minutes this evening. Refund is 11 weeks and counting at the moment... so frustrating!

Ha, haven't flown for 5 months and 6 days, not counting though...
Plat line normally very quick though, but haven't needed to use it for probably 8 months, or is that 10...??? Actually, no-idea.
