Quick one from me. Finally flying again this weekend from Melbourne after being grounded since March. As the lounges are all closed in Mel am I correct to assume there are no benefits offered to a QF platinum before my flight, or anything in lieu of no lounge being offered.
Nothing at all. I saw Alan Joyce sitting in the food court like a commoner last Wednesday. Hopefully the experience gave him some insight into the appalling service they're offering at the moment. I was itching to get back in the air but now I think I'll just stick to Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

You get to board the plane via the premium lane, but that's it.
