Reward flights from Australia to New Zealand with Krisflyer

Hi. Has anyone been able to book reward flights from Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) to Auckland with Krisflyer miles on the Singapore Airlines website. All dates I search show no flights (even when searching paid fares). Thanks.

Great use of miles, Air NZ are a great airline & rewards bookings are considered as the Works so bags, meals, drinks & entertainment provided.

I see plenty of availability (probably less Melb), you simply need to select Star Alliance on the results page.

As Tyler said above, you need to select "Star Alliance" before you'll see any results.

As for reward flights: there's plenty of Economy seats available, between now and the beginning of September. Be aware that the taxes/fees for flights to NZ are very high, and much lower for the return trip. You might like to consider using money for the flights to NZ, and points for the return flights.

Business class is another story. Air NZ was releasing Business reward tickets fairly consistently for flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Then a few weeks ago they deleted all their Business reward availability. As far as I can judge, only Economy seats are currently available for booking with points.
