Not sure why you would want to purchase from the Aussie iTunes Store, it is a poor cousin to the US site. You would need Aust. iTunes cards, Aust. Credit card, an Aust. Address and an email address that differs from your current account. However, I believe this breaches the terms and conditions ofiTunes.

Torrey, the T&Cs of iTunes says that you must register in the country you are in. However, AusBT and many others have said they're from a different country to get a better deal. It might be similar to getting an US iTunes account from Australia. Hope this helps!

Anyone with a US iTunes account can access it from anywhere in the world. You'll need to "authorize" a foreign computer if you don't have your tablet/phone/laptop with you.
Anyone outside the US wanting a US iTunes account (especially good for movie rentals and TV shows) needs a US address and a US credit card, plus a white lie or two.
