Most only makes sense when you fly a lot. If you fly a lot why not, but if not, with restrictions not yet really ending I'd save a status run for later once everything open again everywhere.
Right now, with the extension of being able to use free upgrades until June for the "Choice" fare its pretty good. But I guess hard to make the required SC in current times to use it.
Free Economy-X is also good, row 3 is just an incredible amount of space for an Economy product.
Then double points (as long as not booking a lite fare).
And finally 1 year status boost for Hilton or IHG and Europcar or Hertz. Hilton has really been worth, with Diamond I always had an Upgrade so far, incl. in Maldives where booked a beach bungalow and got moved to an overwater one which costs like twice as much. Of course that is not guaranteed, but Hilton has so far quite well looked after me with every stay.

Just upgraded to VA gold, is it worth trying for platinum? Are the extra benefits worth getting?
