I Booked PER-LAX return departing in 12 days on the QF site last week using the remaining balance of a flight credit and paying the difference on card. The booking appears on my QF account like normal but the tickets have not been issued nor have I been charged for the flights.
Called QF two nights in a row to no avail, has anyone had a similar experience?
The same happened to me when booking PER-BNE last week. My travelling companion was also bookings at the same time and had the same problem. We both booked again later in the day and were successfully issued tickets. As you cannot get through to QANTAS, I asked at the airport for QANTAS to check the status of these unprocessed flights. On checking the booking reference we were told that they were sitting in the system with a cross through them. Maybe QANTAS computer meltdown?

Had this happen early in pandemic using one of the credit voucher. My experience is that call them ASAP, because it’s not going to get unstuck by itself.
Suggest you call them like 7 am in the morning AEDT, still have to wait but better than calling after 9am and even better if QFF Gold (if higher than Gold you most likely won’t have to wait long although still depends on the time of the day)

If they aren't yet ticketed then you'll be denied boarding. You will have to call Qantas until it is resolved.
