Hi, does anyone know if the two middle seats on Emirates A380 first class convert to a double bed as happens on Singapore Airlines suites (older version).
New suites on Singapore Airlines A380 can also be joined
Only a few of new SQ suites can be 'joined' - certainly 1 + 2A and I think same 2 seats on the other side (leaving only row 3 as singles) - but there is still a retracted partition down at mattress level so it doesnt feel like a continuous mattress across both beds. The new SQ suites beds are sideways which can feel strange as the A380 tends to fly a few degrees nose-up..
Will find out about EK F beds in A380 in a few months - from what I read they are v comfy, a bit softer than SQ and ppl like having individual air nozzles, something SQ suite doesnt have.

They do not. They have a half height partition that goes up and down.
