Hi,
If I am going to fly from Ho Chi Minh city airport to Sydney. Will I have access any airport lounge there? What about one world lounges as I am one world sappire. Just not sure whether the Jetstar flight is an eligible flight.

Lounge access is not included unless you purchased a Business Max fare, though not sure they have a contract lounge in Ho Chi Minh City looking at their website. In answer to the second question, you can only gain access to Qantas operated lounges when flying Jetstar as they are not a oneworld member - Qantas contract lounges are not included.
