Hi all, long time lurker first time poster.

Itinerary as follows for mid-April this year:

SYD - MLE via 3hrs in SIN on SQ
MLE - CMB on EK a week later
CMB - SYD via 2hrs in SIN on SQ

Based on what my research, PCR tests are not required to...
- Depart SYD
- Transit SIN
- Arrive or Depart MLE
- Arrive or Depart CMB

If I'm correct on the above (pls correct me if I'm wrong), the only time I need to take a PCR test will be prior departing CMB so I can re-enter Australia. Is this correct? Do any airlines actually require a negative PCR result to board their aircraft? Couldn't find the answer on the SQ or EK websites...

TIA for responses!

Singapore airlines and Singapore the country do not require any tests for transit passengers

The only airline I know of that always requires a PcR test is Etihad.

Cheers.
