I do have to ask though. Why a two-step process? scan your password and answer 1-2 questions and get a ticket then go to another gate, insert ticket and post for photo Why not do both at the same time.  More gates, less 'kiosks' probably = saved money and time.

Seriously smartyy? Unless you were born between 1880 and 1933 you chose to live under a flight path. Sydney airport is totally conjested.  For example landed today at 8.08am and didn't gate until 8.38 due to other aircraft having to land/delart/move around.
