Wondering if anyone else is having connectivity issues with Virgin wifi when connecting to Virgin Entertainment? The last two domestic flights I've taken my Android phone has connected but continuously dropped out every minute or so, either via the app or Chrome browser. The best I get is "Limited Connection". Makes it almost impossible to utilise the entertainment whatsoever. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how do I remedy this? Thanks.
I've had the same issue on both my international flights with Virgin. In fact I was not able to connect to the Entertainment app at all as it was not connecting to the Wifi.
After telling the FA,they have restarted the system and haven't had any further troubles for the remainder of the flight. Including full internet use on the services that had satellite.
They seemed quite aware of it and its a quick fix.

Thanks @Madhatter49. I've asked the FA and they have reset the system and I continued to have issues after the rest. On one particular flight when I told the FA she asked if I had an Android. When I told her I did, she said, "ah, yes, I believe we've had problems with them connecting". So, this tells me they know about the problem, but nothings being done about it.
I had the same issue twice ADL to BNE and the WiFi just didnt work. Complained to Virgin and they generic email was bounced back. Wish I could run a business offer products, take loyal clients money and get away with it.
