I am currently sitting in the worst Qantas lounge I have ever been in, it’s the Holiday Inn, air side at Delhi airport.
I am a Qantas Platinum FF flying cattle class so I’m not impressed, but I’m surrounded by Qantas business class passengers that have coughed up big money for the worst lounge to start their journey and the complaints and flying left right and centre!
The food is not eatable, the Chicken sandwich’s have been sitting in the hot room for two hours and are now fermenting. 🤢
Last time I was in Delhi in February I was given a meal and drinks at the Irish pub and I thought that was bad, it is a dream compared to the Holiday Inn!
1. It's not a Qantas lounge, it's an associate lounge which Qantas has no part in running.
2. All lounges in Delhi are crap.
You are not flying out of a major Oneworld hub, so temper your expectations. Yes it sucks, but what do you expect Qantas to do? Build their own lounge that will lose millions each yeat?
1. Qantas uses the plaza premium lounge in Delhi, not a holiday inn.

Dear Vhojm
Maybe worth getting your facts right before you commit!
1. The plaza lounge was closed during COVID and Qantas was using the Irish pub as a lounge in Feb and now is using the Holiday Inn in July!
2. Yes it’s not a Qantas lounge but Qantas are responsible for choosing a suitable lounge for its paying customers!
3. Numbering your responses is crap
Lots of One World airlines fly out of Delhi, why not build a One World lounge and make millions!

Also this isn't Qantas so perhaps your request should be directed towards them :)

Qantas are more likely to do something about it and fix the issue if it’s online and public.
Have you emailed Qantas recently, customer service is great ;)🙄
