Hi, I have been a platinum for 8 months or so and till a week ago have found the premium team helpful and knowledgeable.

On a couple of issues in the last week I have found the staff lacking in knowledge and found there service skills underwhelming. I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this marked service drop off?

Keep hanging up and calling back until you get an Aussie accent which likely means Hobart premium call center-always a pleasure to deal with; they handle any issue usually at lightening speed and with great understanding. South African and Fijian call centers are frustrating to no end when you need something, even only slightly difficult, done. A total waste of time and money.
