It seems I've always had rotten luck getting FF points from QANTAS online shopping transactions credited, even though I do ensure my browser/cookies/extensions are properly configured and updated. But lately, it's gotten much worse. Now, fully 50% of my points-eligible transactions are not even showing as pending (despite the Click IDs showing). I have to manually file claims, and boy, what fun it is. One small gem: today a QF rep told me an invoice copy from Harris Scarfe is not actually proof of purchase(!), despite said purchase also being made on a QANTAS Money Mastercard(!!)
Has anyone else had the pleasure of dealing with this seemingly worsening issue these past six months, or so?

Sometimes it takes a long time for the points to show up in your account. For example, last August I purchased a pair of jeans through Qantas Shopping. The points didn't show up into my Frequent Flyer account till December - 4 months after the purchase.

I've had issues with booking AirBnB stays via Qantas; at least 75% of the time, I have to make a manual claim and Qantas almost invariably says that they have no record of the booking, but they will credit the points as a courtesy. The back end of their system clearly has major issues for both Qantas Shopping and for AirBnB bookings

I have stopped participating in the induced circus of claiming points entitlements from Qantas Shopping. 'Customer Support' appear to be instructed to frustrate and exhaust the customer in every form of engagement, such as claiming no record of transaction, inability to open files, constantly changing the reference number of the enquiry, and other customer gas lighting ad infinitum. You really have to ask yourself whether it is really worth the effort, or if you even really need what they claim to be offering, unless of course you are nostalgic for the Joyce era.

4 months - damn, you are lucky.
My previous record wait was 12 months for a dodgy Chris Hemsworth fitness online thingy. My current record wait is from around Sept 2022 for a streaming subscription/QANTAS tie-up, which is still unresolved. That's 19 months and still counting! Oh, the pleasures of dealing with QANTAS, the third world airline with fourth world technology.
