While I'm familiar with the lounge offerings at Haneda, this weekend I'm flying out of Narita on Qantas Business. I note that the Emirates lounge will be open (closes 10pm). Can anyone comment if they think the Emirates lounge is better than the JAL Sakura lounge? I note Emirates lounge has no windows....
I'm only QF Gold so can't get into JAL First lounge at the moment.
I found the JAL lounge better that the Emirates lounge, with a decent food offerings and seating options. My only trouble was accessing the showers as they booked out (as did the first lounge). I went to the AA lounge to use their showers as there was no one in the lounge. Would not recommend for your full stay before your flight though.
I prefer the Emirates lounge. The JAL lounge food was lacking. The showers in the AA lounge are brilliant so I'd normally stop there for a shower, then up to the Emirates lounge

Thanks so much for your comment. Sounds like I'll try the JAL lounge.
