Just notified QF 58 to BNE from POM delayed tomorrow 11 Dec

19 hours notice so is QF FF just another name for frequently delayed

I only purchase fully flex fares only to be advised continuously of delays for return to BNE.

Have QF management lost control or is the fleet so old they are totally unreliable

As a platinum FF I am disappointed as usual and wonder why I continue to be loyal as it is not recripocated

The main concern for me is the poor handling of connecting flights when delays occur. Two weekends ago, flying paid business class, I was rebooked onto four different itineraries from Hobart to Paris within 12 hours of my departure time as flights were delayed by 3+ hours or cancelled. Qantas was ultimately unable to find a viable routing within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.

Hmm I’ve been flying a couple of times a week and rarely encounter an issue unless weather has been a factor. I thought Qantas’ on time performance was quite good right now

This genuinely made me laugh....clearly you haven't been flying into or out of Canberra.
