I am flying VA/SQ ADL to MUC via PER/SIN next month and have a stop over at Perth Airport from 08:35 until 15:10.

I am flying VA/SQ ADL to MUC via PER/SIN next month and have a stop over at Perth Airport from 08:35 until 15:10. The SQ lounge won't open until 13:00, so does anyone know if I can access the VA domestic lounge for the morning? I'm also assuming with SQ VA can check bags through to a final destination and I won't have to lug that around in PER?

If your booking is on the same PNR, the you will get your bag checked through no problem.  Seperate PNRs for your VA and SQ booking could be problematic.  I've had mixed experiences.  In terms of the lounge, if you are Platinum or Gold Velocity arriving into PER, you will be able to get same day VA lounge access in Perth on arrival before you have to go over to the International terminal to connect to SQ.  If you;re not but you're flying J, I'm aware of some leaniency that means you may get lounge access.
