If there is anything i wouldnt mind seeing, it would be tiger going broke. Anyone going to volunteer to bump them out?

Lion requires an Australian AOC or air operator certificate, to operate as a domestic carrier, and then, as Tiger showed, it needs to keep it.

I'd ask, do we really need Lion Air and is there room for them in the current market? And to both questions I'd answer in the negative.

We sort of have more than enough. Now we have Air Australia trying to gain some market share so nah we dont need any more.
