What are the best seats in Virgin Australia's 777 premium economy? I have been auto allocated the bulk head but worried about leg room.

The best seats in Premium Economy on V Australia's Boeing 777
As am said in the previous question, these are easy to find by using the search feature (the little tab in the top right, next to 'About').

Despite the article linked above, it is a matter of personal preference. While the bulkheads may theoretically be good, pragmatically, I personally prefer the last row of this cabn as you can recline at any time without cutting into someone's space. I feel guilty when I recline during a meal etc, but not in this seat. More arrogant people may not be bothered, but I like to be considerate I guess. Noise wise, theres nothing in it. The GE90s right outside drown out all other minor cabin noises. Hope this helps

A lot of the time 'best seat' comes down to personal preference, doesn't it? Although more legroom, less noise & through-traffic plus extras like storage bins next to a window seat (on upper deck of 747, for example) generally win out.

Absolutely, it's hugely correlated to personal preference. I guess that as long as readers know the features of each eea, they can thenuse than objectively provided info to determine which seat is the 'best' seat for them. For example, I agree regarding the 747, but some travelers may prefer the wider cabin downstairs to maximize the spacious wide body sensation + closer proximity to the door+ better wing views as opposed to the upward tilted upper deck windows. So ridiculously subjective....

Anything but the very back row, which has slightly restricted recline. The front row does have very good legroom though, it's noticably more than the seats further back.
