Hi Jayden,

I believe you will be able to access the QF HKG lounge. The access criteria stipulates that International oneworld Business customers are allowed in the lounge if their next onward flight that day was marketed and operated by a oneworld airline (which CX is).

So provided your flight is operated by CX and not a CX codeshare operated by another airline outside of oneworld, you should be fine.
