Jul 25, 2017, 01:07 PMI have just flown 3 Finnair flights and I was not given free WIFI access or passcode. They FA said it is only for Finnair's frequent flyers. I am a Qantas gold member.

Involuntary downgrades
Apr 12, 2017, 10:25 AMI was downgraded from PY to Y on QF30 (HKG-MEL) because of equipment change (747 to 333) with no notice or compensation. When I realised it, I sent a Facebook msg to Qantas and they offered me a PY seat on QF128 (HKG-SYD)
